Our Story

Mentality Group was founded in 2019, during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, by a small group of friends from the Westerham community in Kent.

As the world locked down, the need for genuine connection and mental health support became impossible to ignore. We saw too many people suffering in silence, too many stories of loss, and not enough safe spaces to talk, heal, and be heard.

At the time, the World Health Organization warned of a rising global crisis predicting a suicide every 20 seconds. The impact of isolation, anxiety, and uncertainty hit hard, especially in our local communities. So we took action.

Mentality was born to be more than just a support group.
We’re a movement. A voice for the unheard. A place where no one walks alone.

Since day one, we’ve stood by one simple message:

No one needs to suffer in silence.
